Manjing Zhang(b1991) is a Chinese composer and pianist currently based in Minneapolis, USA.

Zhang started her music training at age of five on piano, and then composition at fourteen. Zhang holds degrees from Central Conservatory of Music中央音乐学院,中国北京 (BA ‘15) , Carnegie Mellon University (MM ‘18), and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Music Composition at the University of Minnesota. Her primary composition mentors were Xiaogang Ye, Wenchen Qin, Shuai Zhang, Alex Lubet, and Reza Vali.
