Composé pour des instruments de deux époques différentes, Doppio trio met en jeu des confrontations et fusions entre des inégalités divers : timbre, tempérament, longueur des notes. Dans cette oeuvre, j’ai placé les trois premières principaux éléments que j’associe au son des instruments anciens: des sonorités du clavecin dans les récitatifs de Mozart, des rythmes flottants de danse folklorique, et Banchieri.
