Street Music IV

Meine Straßenmusiken entstehen aus Improvisationen am Keyboard. Ich betrachte das Resultat, das der Computer mir wiedergibt, und fange an zu bearbeiten. Mitunter dauert es Wochen, bis eine Lösung gefunden ist. Besonders bei der "Streetmusic 4" war der Weg zu dem erklingenden Resultat lang, da ich mir die Aufgabe gestellt hatte, aus improvisiertem Material einen  KANON  zu bauen. So also bewegt sich meine "Streetmusic 4" zwischen absoluter Freiheit (allerdings von Anbeginn eine schöne Illusion!) und absoluter Strenge.

My series of „street musics” comes from improvisations on the keyboard. I look at the result that the computer gives me and start editing it. Sometimes it takes weeks until a solution is found. Especially with "Street Music 4" the path to the resulting result was long, as I had set myself the task of building a KANON out of improvised material. So my "Street Music 4" moves between absolute freedom (although a beautiful illusion from the start!) and absolute strictness.
