In this composition I wanted to make listeners have a feeling, that they are listening not a piano, but an electronic piece. So I decided not to use usual types of playing on this instrument. Such instruments as glasses, rulers, knitting needles, plastic cards and bows are used to make the necessary effect. So unusual types of playing create the special musical atmosphere, which is based not on the typical piano textures, but on the combinations of uncommon soundings. These soundings make its own “dictionary” of sonoric elements and organize the whole composition.
