This title is from Shakespeare famous play Macbeth: ”Life's but a walking shadow…”. To compose this piece I analysed the text in some aspects like the different kinds of sounds (phonetics), metric, meaning, etc. to create an intimate relationship between words and music. I try to create a sound universe around the character of Macbeth, lady Macbeth, the witches and the ghost; based in some thoughts about the triviality of life.
