Hyang-sook Song

After a composition course at Seoul National University in Korea, Hyang-sook Song pursued composition studies in France with Allain Gaussin before joining the composition department of the CNSMD in Lyon in 2005. In 2010, she obtained a Master's degree in composition. She followed Cursus1 at Ircam in 2010/2011.
Her works have been performed at numerous festivals and concerts with various contemporary music ensembles such as Ensemble Aleph, project21AND, Ensemble Aventure, Timf Ensemble, Grame and Ensemble O.N. Upon her return to Korea,  she also lectures composition at several universities in Seoul.
