Quintus angelus tuba cecinit

Quintus angelus tuba cecinit is freely inspired by the book of the Apocalypse of John that exiled on the Greek island of Patmos had the vision of the prophecy of the end of time. There are many interpretations of this book, but one thing is certain: symbolism and visionary nurture, and perhaps still nurture, the imagination of those who have dealt with it. Mensibus quinque cruciatus the viola solo leads a sort of floating lament where the grosso of the orchestra seems to unite in a sorrowful song: it is the torment of the living that do not live in the right. Now the celestial harmony of Josquine de Prez, appears, as filtered and reverberated by a Gothic window, VI. Mille anni. VII. Cælum novum is the heavenly harmony that, languid, dissolves in eternity.
