Kilian Schwoon

Kilian Schwoon is a composer and professor of electroacoustic composition at the University of the Arts Bremen. After finishing his studies in composition with Nicolaus A. Huber and Dirk Reith at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen, he studied and worked for many years at Centro Tempo Reale in Florence with Luciano Berio.

His interest in combining vocal, instrumental and electronic resources has also led to an intensive activity as a performer and researcher in the field of live electronics. Furthermore, he develops sound installations and has participated in numerous audiovisual projects.
