Teacher, composer, researcher. Konex Award 2019.
He studied composition at the National University of Córdoba and at the
Conservatory of Music and Dramatic Art of Québec, Canada.
He has served as director of the Bachelor of Composition with
Electroacoustic media of the National University of Quilmes and
He is currently the director of the Research Project "Meeting Point"
New approaches to collaborative work for composers and
interpreters in the university environment ”and directed the Research Project
“The work Instrument. Self-Generative Composition Processes in Art
Scenic Musical ”in the same Institution. He is a competitive professor of
Acoustic and Electroacoustic Composition III, with the category "Adjunct Professor",
"Exclusive" dedication, "Teaching and Professional Development" profile of the
Bachelor's Degree in Composition with Electroacoustic Media and the Chair of
Musical Creation Workshop V and VI of the National University Tres fe Febrero,
Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was a professor of composition at the Faculty of Musical Arts and Sciences
from the UCA (2008-2017), Musical Appreciation at the IUNA (2012-2013),
Contemporary Techniques II at CEAMC (2006-2008) and harmony,
counterpoint and composition IV and V of UCASAL (2012). He has been summoned as a jury and visiting professor on numerous occasions in Argentina and the
Exterior.
He has received numerous distinctions, including the Award
Konex, Classical Music Merit Diploma 2009-2019. Creation Subsidy
from Fundación Antorchas 2002, Honorable Mention in the International Prize
in Composition 2004 The Florida State University, and the National
Composition 2009 of the National Fund for the Arts among others. For his opera
Chamber Music "The Grand Theater of Oklahoma", was selected by the Music
Theater Committee of the ITI International Theater Institute in cooperation with
the German Center of the ITI, a world organization for the performing arts.
He has received commissions from important Institutions such as the Ensemble
Modern, National Symphony Orchestra of Argentina Teatro Colón, Cycle of
Contemporary Music Concerts at the San Martín Theater, among others. He's
author of acoustic, electroacoustic and mixed music, symphonic music, of
camera, music for film, dance, theater and opera. works have been
premiered by prestigious ensembles and interpreters from Argentina and the
Exterior.
